§1 General provisions

The Regulations regulate the rules and conditions of using the services of the PIK-ART Gallery, hereinafter referred to as the Website, including in particular the terms and conditions of concluding contracts, the subject of which are the products offered on the Website, hereinafter referred to as the Offer.

Using the Website is tantamount to accepting these Regulations.

Orders on the Website can be placed 24 hours a day, with the proviso that orders placed on public holidays will be processed from the next business day.

The service may be unavailable during periodic maintenance and in the event of its failure

Original studies that are not included in the Website's offer require individual valuation.

These Regulations are made available free of charge on the Website in a manner that allows it to be downloaded, saved and printed.

The Regulations are always available as an attachment to the product published on the Website.

§2 Using the Website

Through the Website, the customer concludes a specific work contract for the implementation of the selected item from the Offer after prior learning about the values ​​of the work that are contained in the description.

The offer, which can be interchangeably called a Work, will be implemented by PIK-ART AUTHOR'S STUDIO: KAROLINA MAŁGORZATA PŁONKA, BORYS JAN KRZYWKA, UL. ALEJA PAPIEŻA JANA PAWŁA II 18/2, 70-453 SZCZECIN.

§3 Acceptance of the order and implementation process

The condition for accepting the order and concluding the contract is registration on the Website, providing contact details and making a payment for the selected product and reading these regulations.

By concluding a transaction, making a payment, by accepting the Regulations, the User orders the individual and immediate execution of the Work / concludes a specific specific work contract, and acknowledges that he will lose his right to withdraw from the contract upon the performance of the contract.

Based on the data sent, an author's study will be prepared in accordance with the purchased variant. The exact description of the components of the variant is included in the product description.

The User receives the finished Work within the time specified in the provisions of the Facility card. In the case of individual orders, the date is specified in a separate agreement.

§4 Payments

All payments are made by bank transfer to the Website's account or using an internet plug in the Website tab.

The prices presented on the Website are gross prices.

The ordering party will receive a confirmation of purchase from the Website in the form of an invoice for the specific specific task.

It is possible to conclude an individual contract for products with a value above PLN 3,000 and for original individual projects.

§5 Cooperation

Cooperation with the User begins after completing the ordering process described in §3.

All components of the Work are specified in the price list and product information each time included in the description of a given product of the Offer.

The acceptance protocol of the work "Without the User's Attention" is deemed concluded by the Parties if the Ordering Party does not submit written comments within 7 working days from the handover of the work.

After making any comments from the User, the Website may make further changes to the development at the User's request, with the proviso that they will be paid additionally.

§6 Copyright and Design

The Customer acquires property rights to the Work purchased on the Website.

The customer has no right to reproduce the work for profit.

The website, as the author of the project, has the right to reproduce, publish, modify and use the work for commercial purposes.

§7 Complaints

Complaints about the services provided by the Website and about the functioning of the Website may be reported via the website www.galeria.pikart.site in the CONTACT tab or by e-mail to biuro@pikart.site

If, after receiving the finished Work, the client notices any inconsistencies in it

with the concluded contract, may file a complaint within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the work, with the proviso that it must have original marking and may not have any signs of use.

Complaints are considered within 14 working days from the date of their receipt.

The Service Consultant decides about the method of resolving the complaint.

Original Objects offered by the Website are non-refundable.

§8 Others

In matters not covered, the following provisions shall apply accordingly: Polish law concerning me. Of the Civil Code, copyright law and in procedural matters the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.
